When the new president, Matt Stevenson, came in there was hope that Terminix would finally get back to the basics. The bureaucracy just keeps growing. We have a bunch of upper management that just can't seem to get a clue on how to run a pest control company. There is so much ineffectual work that they want service managers to do, that there isn't time to get to it all unless you want to consistently work 12-14 hour days. Getting promoted is starting to feel like it is a 'who you know' deal.
